Blake Adams, DDS

Dr. Adams brings a passion for excellence to the patients he’s honored to serve. Before completing a bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University, he learned teamwork and small-town values growing up with seven siblings in Snowflake, Arizona. He continued his education at the University of Oklahoma School of Dentistry, where he received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

Following his training, Dr. Adams dedicated a decade as a clinician and practice owner caring for patients in Arizona. As his skills grew, he set a goal to serve his patients at the next level. Dr. Adams earned a Master’s in Implantology before enrolling for three more years at Loma Linda University in 2018. As Chief Resident, he completed rigorous training in complex surgical procedures to reach another pinnacle in his career.

Matthew Horspool, DMD

Dr. Horspool is passionate about community and centers his approach on treating patients as family. A married father of two, Dr. Horspool has a diverse background in travel, education, and service. After serving as a missionary in South America for two years, he completed his degree in Biochemistry at BYU-Hawaii. He then completed his Master of Biomedical Science and continued to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University – Arizona.
